A great comeback in 1950, HR's by Hank Sauer & Randy Jackson.    Jackson's HR is the walk-off.  Ron Cey gets a walk-off single in 1984 & Shawon Dunston gets a walk-off HR in 1990.  Cubs demolish Dodgers 20-1 in 2001 & Cubs defeat Phillies 21-2 in 1938.  Cubs pitchers, Fergie Jenkins & Bill Hands, pitch great in a 1968 doubleheader sweep against the Mets at Wrigley Field.

Ripper Collins & Augie Galan homer and the Cubs offense erupts for 12 runs in the 8th inning on their way to a 21-2 victory over the Phillies at Wrigley Field.

Joe Marty has 4 hits, runs scored and 4 RBI.  Leadoff hitter, Stan Hack has 3 hits, a double, tripe, 2 runs scored and 2 RBI.   Al Epperly pitches a complete game to earn the victory.
May 5, 1946
Cubs score 11 runs in the 7th inning.  Cubs pitcher, Hank Borowy who pitched a complete game, drives in 4 runs with 2 doubles in the inning. 

Andy Pafko homers as the Cubs defeat the Phillies 13-1 at Wrigley Field.

Hank Sauer's 3-run home run ties the game 6-6 in the 9th inning and Randy Jackson wins the game in the 10th with a walk-off solo home run as Cubs defeat Dodgers 7-6.

Rick Monday hits 2 home runs and drive in 6 runs.  Bill Madlock & Steve Swisher each gets 4 hits  & Champ Summers has 3 hits and 4 RBI.

Cubs blow an early 4-0 lead to the Padres, but come back to win the game on Ron Cey's bases loaded, walk-off, RBI single.

Mark Grace singles to lead off the ninth inning and Shawon Dunston drives him in with a 2-run,  walk-off home run as Cubs defeat the Padres 3-2.  Greg Maddux pitches a complete game for the win.

Ryne Sandberg's 8th inning RBI single ties the Cubs and Braves and Rey Sanchez gets a walk-off sacrifice fly (scoring Andre Dawson) in the 10th inning for a 4-3 Cubs victory. 

May 5, 1996
Sammy Sosa begins the scoring for the Cubs with a home run in the first inning and ends the game with a ninth inning, walk-off home run as Cubs defeat the Mets 5-4 at Wrigley Field.

Cubs crush the Dodgers 20-1 at Wrigley Field scoring 8 runs in both the 7th and 8th inning. The first team to score this many runs in consecutive innings since 1928.          
May 5, 2002
At Dodger Stadium, Mark Bellhorn drives in all 3 runs as the Cubs defeat the Dodgers 3-0.  Matt Clement does not give up a hit after 4 innings pitched, but leaves the game after being hit by a pitch and scoring the first run of the game.  Bellhorn's 2-run home run in the 6th gives the Cubs a 3-0 lead.

Cubs defeat the Nationals 5-2 at Wrigley Field.  Ben Zobrist goes 2 for 4 with a home run & 4 RBI.
