Fergie Jenkins pitches a 7-hit shutout with 7 strikeouts as the Cubs defeat the Reds 5-0 in the 1st game of a doubleheader.  In game 2, Carmen Fanzone homers and drives in 5 runs in a 10-5 victory for a doubleheader sweep. 

July 9, 1982
On the 10th anniversary of his shutout against the Reds, Fergie Jenkins shuts out the Reds again on 5 hits as the Cubs defeat the Reds 12-0.

July 9, 1985
