Cubs defeat the Mets 2-1 in 11 innings as Al Spangler drives in Fergie

In game 2 of a doubleheader, Bill Madlock scores the game tying run when Jerry Morales drives in Madlock and Jose Cardenal to tie the game 8-8.  In the bottom of the 10th inning, Madlock is walked intentionally in front of Jose Cardenal who wins the game with a walk-off single. 

August 31, 1985

Cubs defeat the Braves 5-4 in 11 innings.  Ron Cey gets the walk-off RBI single as a pinch hitter with the bases loaded.
