October 5, 2003:
Ramirez gives the Cubs a 4-0 lead in the sixth inning of the NLDS championship series against the Atlanta Braves. This was the game that sent the Cubs into the 2003 NLCS and the home run came off Mike Hampton in Wrigley Field.

October 8, 2003:
Ramirez hits a HR off Brad Penny of the Marlins as the Cubs tie the NLCS at 1-1 with a 12-3 victory over the Florida Marlins.

October 11, 2003:
Ramirez helps the Cubs take a 3-1 series lead in game 4 of the NLCS with a 1st inning grand slam against Dontrelle Willis and the Florida Marlins. The Cubs go on to win the game 8-3 to come within one game of a World Series.
